Maintenance is very poor. I've called 3 times about leaky windows with nothing done. Carpet is old. Windows and doors allow cold air in. Roofs leak big time.

I think anyone can be qualified to live here whether they have positive renter history or not. Many undergrads now with loud parties. Beer cans on the lawn. Broken down cars in the parking lots.

Landscape is poor. If you live along the back of the property, forget having trees trims or grass mowed. Most bushes in these areas are not maintained or replaced so many dead shrubs.

The swiming pool is disgusting. It's not cleaned well and so many tiles missing. Weight room consists of a treadmil and one barbell. SAD!!!

Patio decks are in a seriously dangerous condition. The decking falls off all the time and one child fell through. They have made no repairs after I've complained 4 times.



One positive thing is that they allow pets. Watch where you walk!
