I am not going to waste our valuable time with insignifant details. Bottomline do not, and i repeat, do not move here.

Now for those of you who want details...
a month before we moved in the water heater above us busted. this caused a tremendous flood in our new apartment. the staff said it would be fixed and carpet dried or replaced. upon moving in we were assured again that it was fixed. as soon as we moved our stuff we noticed a moldy smell, but it was too late, we had signed the lease! the staff sent someone to spray the carpet, which was supposed to have been done prior to our moving in. walls were not painted and mold grows in the bathroom and hall way above the washer and dryer closet.

that's not all we had a leak in the kitchen from the light fixture which was fixed but not repaired until we announced our moving out.

we had a leak in the bathroom that took 3.5 weeks to fix, the sound would wake us up at 5 am. dogs bark continuously. gnats are a big problem year round. everything was dirty when we moved in, dishwasher has been fixed but is still broken. pool does not get cleaned. staff has changed since we have been here...the first girls were very flighty. these girls seem to know what they are doing, but it still takes too long for them to respond to matters.
a good thing- they are letting us move out 6 months early upon 30 days notice--no charge.
don't move here.
ps. a nice place to live near louisville is arbor place..only about 10 min. drive and is very well managed and very quiet. we lived there before here. they are not pet friendly, but the rewards are plentiful. so see we are able to be pleased. maybe the management should call over there and get some tips from michelle.
