The management has been getting worse for over a year. The beautiful landscaping has now turned to weeds, the hedges/trees are not being trimmed. Apartments have bug problems and you have to call and ask to have pest control instead of it being automatic as it should be.

Current maintenance staff cannot possibly keep up with the work required to maintain a property of this size.

As others have said, be very careful when signing your lease. I am stuck with very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors, bugs and shrubs and bushes all around my apartment making it impossible to see out of my windows.

I am moving out as soon as possible. It just is not the place it used to be just two years ago. This new management is making to many changes and none of them benefit the tenants.
