This complex has serious problems. First, the grass is rarely mowed. Second, there are bugs everywhere. And, not least, the tenants are truly brats. If you do not go to bed at 9 pm, wake up at 9 am, and have a $100K trust fund, this complex is probably not for you. The building in which I lived had the worst neighbors I have ever known. They complained about noise. They complained about my dog (small and furry). They complained about my friends. They complained that I got up too early in the morning (7 am). One neighbor threw all his smoldering cigar butts outside.
This place is just not nice any more. Before 2002, when Equity sold it off, it was a fairly decent place to live. But when the management started slacking off, the whole place went downhill very quickly. Steer clear!
