Maintenance is great, although they seem to "band-aid" everything. I see the maintenance guys do everything but mow the grass, a professional ground service would help a lot. The overgrown bushes, weeds and lacking landscape is almost shameful. The office is another story, or rather there's always a story, excuse, etc. for anything you bring to their attention. The leasing agents dress like hookers and have about the same capability. The manager never knows what's going on. However, if you want to live without any service...the apartments are nice and well maintained (inside).
