OK, but not worth the rent price

I've lived here for 2 years. You can tell this used to be a really nice place, but the management has let it deteriorate. It's a real shame. All of the security lights are burned out, the bushes are so overgrown that you can barely get to your apartment, the pool is always dirty, and paint is peeling everywhere. This spring, they let the grass grow until it was about 3 feet high before cutting it. I'm not kidding. Also, I was told that this complex had on-site laundry facilities. It does, but none of them work! The people in the office just sit outside all day talking and joking around instead of fixing things. I think all the buildings need to be repainted. They shouldn't lie to people and tell them they have on-site laundry if all the machines are broken. However, this complex is in a great location and is relatively quiet. I've lived in worse places. I can't recommend it though, because of the problems. The complex is too dark for it to be safe for women at night. Luckily I am moving out soon.
