I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy, the office staff is horrible you can never get a hold of anyone if you have any problems, the emergency maitence line is a joke (no one ever shows up or calls you back). I had a horrible expierience at river oak apts!!

I agree..... I have had no AC in 95 degree heat now for 5 days.... they keep saying.... "yes our guy will be there in an hour" every time I call. If I didnt hate moving furniture so much I would leave this hell hole.
