The maintanance crew is great! For the lack of help they are doing all they can. Of course, because of all the corporate bull crap they never get to do their job the way they like to. We moved here and were promised all these things and have been lied to so many times. We hate moving and really don't want to, but if this continues after the lease is up we will. We should have read this before we moved in here.
We've been without A/C for almost a week in these incredibly hot conditions. We were told by management this was a maint. emergency. Good thing were not dying. OH, BUT WAIT A MINUTE, OUR CATS ARE!!! Not only do we have to force feed our cats water, but we have to bathe them twice sometimes 3 or 4 times a day to keep them cool. My wife can't get properly ready for work because it's so hot and we've both been sick and have had no sleep because of it. Not to mention that some of the management never knew who we were and I had to prove that we paid them our first months rent because they lost it.
We would have never signed a lease for a two bathroom apartment had we known that one of the bathrooms would not be operational for A MONTH AND A HALF!!!
Oh, did I mention I had to call the police once because two girls were practically getting raped outside'!
When we first moved here we were told all this crap about how great it was and were befriended. NOW I BELIVE THAT WAS ALL HORSE CRAP!!! They pay more attention to the landscaping to impress the corporate schmucks and less to the residents! Oh, and great BS signs about "We Love Our Residents" out front. That's all BS!!! Oh, and did I mention that I saw someone getting papers served yesterday to them by the Sheriff's department. What about the fact that someone has broken into the Clubhouse and I can't even access it after hours now. And the management just changed.
THIS IS ALL A BUNCH OF F&*^ED UP CRAP!!! Other than the maintanance crew being pretty good we would have left a long time ago!
