And it is true, management is obviously posting their own reviews (if you knew of some of the situations it would be obvious). I think the management is finally going uphill, but they still outright lie to your face. The biggest problems you will have are: maintenance, and billing issues.

It has taken over seven months for my maintenance requests to be answered (I had drywall collapsing all over the place and water leaking when it rained). All they ever do is make excuses for how things will get fixed, and wha sucks: you can't legally get any money back if they never ever EVER fix it. Your only choice is to stop paying rent and move out.

As far as billing, I have been in the office atleast twice a month because they keep losing track of what I have paid, but I have come in to pay everything in person on time. I even had a copy of my electric bill and payment, and the one lady could not even read the bill in front of her, she did not understand what a billing period was.

Basically, the location is nice, but there are a lot of problems that I don't think are going away soon (because the place does have a lot of stuff that is beginning to fall apart). So one just has to decide if the money is worth the trouble (and I think it clearly is not). uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

YOu must be a spoiled rich kid. I live here and have no problems. I have lived in the "slums" and this is not it. You are just a whiny brat who's Mom pays their rent.

I do not agree with derfactcto. I agree with the poster. I lived there for 2 years, paid my OWN rent, and it was way overpriced, totally ghetto, falling apart, and full of meth labs and drug dealers.

Then why did you live there 2 years? You must have signed two leases.

I also agree with the poster!! While not every single apartment may be falling apart, some are! If you happened to get one of those apartments, then you would understand! None of my maintenance issues were ever fixed either! Also, staff are nice if you don't have any problems, but if you do, they are EXTREMELY unhelpful!

The management at this place is the worst I have ever encountered. I also paid my bills on time, in person and copied every receipt yet they claimed I owned them $150.00 for a water heater that broke, flooded my apartment and took them FIVE days to repair! At the time they gave me a $150.00 'discount' for my inconvenience then they conveiently BILLED me the $150.00 when the end of my lease came up! They instantly sent me to collections! I fought via the BBB but lost! I paid so my credit didn't get screwed up. I hate the management!
