I like it here! Before, the management was terrible but things are so much better. They are helpful and friendly. I have lived her for a little over a year and everything is great! I have all the space I need and it is so quiet. I am so close to downtown, that is where I work, just minutes away. I have had other co-workers move in from Humana; they have also had no problems. I have seen people go in the office and act like fools, yelling and compaining. I even have seen 20 and 30 year old men and women's parents come in and yell for them! Some of the residents are just spoiled and do not know what work is!

Look at all of the other ratings.. obviosly you do not work at Humana but you do work here at River Oaks Apts. The management still sucks and lies to your face, but they do it with a very friendly smile..
