I travel a lot for my line of work so I will spend six months to one year at various apartment complexes; this is by far the WORST management I have EVERY dealt with!
I met face-to-face with three different brand new employees (they can't keep employees more than a few weeks) to confirm that when I left my apartment was in good shape and I did not owe any money. I signed papers and left for my new state. Three months later I receive a collections notice for $142.00! No phone call, no letter sent with a break-down explaining WHY I owe $142.00 just a collections notice. I called the office and was told that they were under-staffed when I left and they are sorry but forgot to tell me that I owed this but don't know what it is for. HEy, if they were overstaffed and made an oversight why is that my fault and why the heck did they send this to collections!
I never got ANY, that's NO NO NO repairs while I was there. Despite repeated requests after one year NOTHING was fixed.
Screw the good location, drive farther and deal with decent management with values.
