Well I hate to post twice, but the manager should know that it is unethical to pose as a resident. I will say this River Oaks was fine while I was there. They didn't fix a thing, but the pool was always clean. We only ran into problem after I left and they are claiming bogus charges. Which by the way can not be supported by paperwork. Move here is you want, good location, but when you leave get something in writing that says everything is good and dandy otherwise watch you mail because a collection agency will be contacting you. By the way I paid all rent and utilities they were due.

I lived there nearly 2 years ago and I just got a letter from collections today! I KNOW all of my rent was paid in full too! Can you tell me how you resolved the issue, if you were able to?
