Living in hell...

I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes during and after my college years and this, by far, has to be the worst place I have ever been. ALL of the issues that previous posters raise are not only correct but UNDERSTATED. I would call this place a safety-hazard. The carpets are nasty, laundry facilities require a tetanus booster and drywall is exposed inside the apartment and on the balcony.
The management is inept. We regularly get "notes" taped to our door declaring that we haven't paid rent on time (when we have). NONE of our maitenence issues have been addressed at all. But the best part is the nasty notes that management leaves on the drop box by the mail box or in the gym facilities. I agree with another poster - yes, the management does work for us. No, they are not slaves, but without customers, this place would go out of business. Unfortunately, this place is so close to the downtown schools that will never happen. Maybe the better business bureau should get involved...

Are you currently still living at this location? If so have things gotten better since there is new management??
