I've been here for over 6 months, and its been six months too long now. I first had issues with racoons in my attic and on my porch (on the third floor!) because they wouldn't fix a whole in the roof (and still haven't!). Now, there are bats in the hallway and in the attic (sometimes at night you can hear them all screeching and flocking around). Management doesn't care. I'm sure legal action has been taken, and that's where I'm headed soon. I had mold in my apartment too because they wouldn't fix a roof leak for months, and the sewage smell regularly comes up from apartments below because of faulty piping. Or maybe that's the bacteria growing from the rat droppings in the attic.

I've paid my own way thru college and apartments all thru college, and this is by far the worst. If you want to move here, do your research, take lots of pictures before move-in, read the contract well, and save up some money to hire a lawyer, and your own exterminator & carpenter.
