I have been living in River Oak for about six months and don't have any major complaints. The staff has always been very kind to me and problems have been taken care of in a timely manner. My carpet and appliances were new when I moved in and I was allowed to paint as I wanted. The area is very dog friendly. A new company recently bought the property and has been making many improvements. My rent is not bad and I feel safe. Parking is great and the amenities offered are very nice. The complex offers a pool, weight room (not a lot of equipment), and tennis court. Overall, my experience living here has been great. I would recommend it to a friend.

I notice this was osted in 2007, are you currently still living at those apts? If so, do you still feel the same way??? Im asking because I may be instrested in moving here, but some of the reviews I have read are horrible!!
