I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the office apartment manager. She was terribly unprofessional, rude, and an overall
very difficult person to deal with. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From the testimonials I have heard from other residents, my experience with this particular manager ----------------) is not a unique situation. One can only hope that River Oak finds a person better suited for this job.
