I lived in those apartments for over a year and my experience was excellent. The office staff AND even the maintence workers seem to build relationships with the tenants. This is a wonderful place to live. Infact, my grandmother still lives there. The office personal and the maintence visit her on a regular basis, just to say hello.
The only thing, which isn't too major, is the parking. More parking would make this place picture perfect.
