There have been a few minor glitches since I've moved in, and I can say that my neighbors are not the quietest people on the planet, but that comes with living in an apartment. Maintenance has always answered the calls I have made promptly, and addressing any problems I have had. The staff is kind, courteous and always available when we have needed them. Location is wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Shadow Ridge.
