I went in to look at the apartments and see if I would like to pursue living there. Both young ladies working in the office were extremely nice and helpful. The grounds are nice but could use a little more landscaping. However, the complex is still very new and trees/shrubs need time to grow.

We put our application in, and everything is going smoothly. The pricing is a bit high, but we have looked into several places, and this is no more expensive than living in the Crescent Hill/Highland area. Plus, you get a MUCH newer facility.

The ladies also offered to show us the apartment we are going to move in (not just the model) so we can assure we want to move into that unit. I've never moved into a place that would do this before you sign the lease.

Another bonus is that each unit has a security system. No one knows your key except for you... not even the owners, office workers, or maintenance. It's nice to have that extra touch of security.

So far, everything is looking good. Of course, after moving in, I can update on how things are actually ran. I look forward to living here!
