I had heard from neighbors that the apartments have gone through some bad managers, but the ones that have been there for the past couple of years have been great!! They were so nice and friendly to us when we moved in! The manager and employees are very nice and helpful. I needed to send a fax and asked if I could use theirs and they were very nice and had no problem doing it for us! The grounds are constantly kept up! They have a company come about 2-3 or more times a month to mow and edge the beautiful yards and tons of beautiful bushes!! There is a grassy area in between each building with tables and grills! They are always watering at night so the grounds are always green! When we first moved in the garbage disposal leaked into the cabinet below so we called the front office. The girls said we will call the maintenance guys and they will be right over. Two minuets later they knocked on our door to reconnect the hose that was loose. They are always driving around in the golf cart picking up trash off the grounds, saying hello to everyone, and on call with their radio's! They come right over! The work out room was pretty nice also. To the comment above about the tv cable turning off when they were working out...I worked out at least 3 times a week and my friend in the complex worked out every day(she has been there over 3 years) We never had any problems with it turning off on us. It worked Every time.
The pool is always kept clean! There is a lifeguard almost always on duty! Which is wonderful! Just make sure it isn't some little high school girl b/c all they want to do is tan and not watch the kids! Little blondie was too busy tanning when my son went under and my friend caught him. She had no idea what was going on b/c she was tanning and not doing her JOB! FYI TO MANAGEMENT! If your going to pay them, pay them to watch the pool not to tan! That was really my only complaint! The parking can fill up a bit, but it isn't too bad. You may just not have a front row parking spot if you get there late in the afternoon. The tennis courts and basketball courts are in great shape! We loved playing on them! This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay!
