The staff sucks and NOTING ever works and they never fix anything.
The staff is nice untill after you move in..then after that FORGET having anything
fixed. They have "laundry facilities" but NOTING ever works there.

Well... first of all you might need to learn to spell!?! That may help some of your troubles. Second.. I have lived at Southgate going on 5 years and had an excellent experience, it really disturbs me when you "teenaged punks" some how manage to slip in under the radar and have this opportunity to live in such a nice place..Once you in you can't seem to distinguish the difference b/t mommy taking care of everything and being on your own. There comes a time when you need to grow up and learn to take care of yourself. We residents that have been here and pull together to help eachother as neighbors and help make our homes respectable do not appreciate these childish and immature remarks you feel you have to leave. GROW UP! Mommy cannot change your diaper forever

It's not a spelling error as muich as a typo, but moving on. I am 29...not a "teenaged punk" AND I am guessing you work there so I am almost done with this response. But if we must fight about spelling, this is YOUR line above..."Once you in you can't seem....". Great spelling. I had no problems with the other renters at all...just the LACK of maintenance.
