I don't understand why the same person/person's keep writing negative and untrue information. some people "Anonymously" don't have the balls to say who they are.
I have lived here for over 3 years and have found it a great place to live.
I retired and sold my 5 bedroom 5 bath home and moved here to take it easy.
The maintenance staff David & Jamie are great and go out of the way to help.
Tiffany was my first contact when I came here and made my move easy she is great and will be a great manager.
Veronika and Heather are always ready to go the extra mile to help with anything.
The driveway parking areas and dumpster are all keept clean by David and Jamie who clean up after the thoughtless pigs that are to lazy to do so.
I recommend Southgate for you new home.

I think its really sad that a past or present resident has nothing better to do than to sit around and wait for a positive reply to come in and try to make claim to the post being a employer or paid by. i have some advice for you grow the F--- up move on or move out. sad we can't leave a positive post without some loser leaving a nasty reply. also if it was the staff they must have multiple IP's or are going through allot of trouble to leave positive remarks. i have given my e-mail address out and welcome this person to e-mail me so they can verify i am a resident here. i have mentioned all this to the maintenance guy and he laughed, he said he does know of this site from other propertys but considers it a joke. and hes right take a look around brand new property's with negative reviews, some people just have nothing better to do. if your not happy with the place leave your review, but let other people have there opinion also.

Cut the crap Col. Dave!! You are clearly part of the office staff and I can't beleive they pay you guys to sit around and write these positive reviews about yourselves all day. Maybe that's why the dumpsters look the way they do and all you can smell is nasty trash while you try and relax at the pool. I beg you....If anyone is thinking about moving here just drive by the place and pay close attention to the dumpster. Then ask someone who has moved out recently how much it cost them in repairs!!
