I have been living here at Southgate for about 3.5 years. I have gotten to know the people that live here and the entire working office/maint. team. They are good people. They are always nice and very friendly. Since I have been here they have went through a few new office ladies. The manager has changed and I just know its for the best. Tiffany & Veronica do such a good job and they are so helpful.(congrats to you Tiffany on your position) Good things are set to come!
The maint. guys keep the place looking really nice. If you ever need anything everybody goes out of their way to help you. I had a package in the office one time & I called up there and let Tiffany know I was going to try to make it but I did not get to the office until 6:30..they close at 6. Well she was working late and she was so nice to bring it all the way up to my apartment for me. Little things like that is what makes it so nice to call Southgate home. I have a daughter who I know can go outside and play with the neighbor hood kids. Your home is what you make it. I cannot see myself and my fiance at this point in time going anywhere else.
I noticed on some of these previous comments people accusing people of working in the office and getting paid. Well obviously these web sites are for people that have been angry with one another and try to put them down by going on line. I am not one of those people and I definetly do not work for the apartment complex nor am I recieving money for this. If you are looking for a new place to call home, I say come vistit Southgate for yourself, not basing your opinion off these petty web sites.
