I am going on living here for a year and thank goodness and I can finally leave soon. My stay here has been a living Hell. The staff is all about mid-30s and mid 40s but are amazingly immature for their age. They see their job as a little game and I cannot believe how many things they are capable of screwing up. When I moved in, I was told I would pay 645 a month for a one bedroom on the first floor and would be 8 per person per month for water, plus all the electric. When I arrived, I was told that my unit was unvailable and I would have to move into a 3rd story apartment and pay 695. Then I got my water bill and you actually pay 26.00 per person per month. On top of that, I had to pay gas since I had a third story apt. Then I found out that they charged me TWICE for my dog rather than once and it took me a week to agree to refund me the money. Also, the fitness center is supposed to be open 24/7 but I can telyou that they constanly lock it up and the equipment never works. The worst thing was when I had no heat in my apt and it quit workign during the afternoon but maintenence didnt show up. I called the emergency maintenence line but they stil did not show up and I had to pay out of pocket to hire someone to fix it. I never got an apology and the manager said they were too busy to fix it.
