Ive lived at Southgate for a little over a year, and Im sad to be moving next month. (But my husband is in the military, so we have to). Ive always felt safe at the complex. Its a nice, clean area. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and easy to get along with. They make you feel comfortable discussing any questions or concerns. When we moved here from our last apartment, they were very helpful in getting our references faxed over. The maintenance guys are great. One even came out really late at night during a storm when my alarm shorted out. The Southgate Staff works very hard to make the residents feel at home, and I would recommend anyone to live here!
