I relocated from Northern KY with my wife and baby, and we could only stand living there for four months. Here are a few of our issues:
1. Safety - Car windows broken out and suspicious activity at all hours
2. Noisy - Upstairs neighbor was a very small person but sounded like a buffalo.
3. Location - Traffic from Mud Lane is very disturbing at all hours, most cars in area need a new muffler.
4. Smell of Smoke - Lots of smokers in nearby units made the place smell like an ashtray, especially when AC or heat was running.
5. Dirty - Unit was full of cobwebs and dust, and the carpet made your feet or socks turn black. We ended up cleaning the carpet ourselves.
6. Deposit - Consider your deposit non-refundable. We were charged for carpet cleaning (even though it was cleaner than when we moved in) and a final water bill, even though we were never sent a bill and water was supposed to be included in the rent.
7. Management - They really don't have a clue. The office staff was nice, but they were subject to some large corporate organization that was not local. So there were always issues with paperwork, communication, etc.
One positive thing to mention, our unit was close to Kroger, so it was nice when I needed something from the store. Other than that, I don't have anything else nice to say.

WOW thank you. I do not want to be taken in by crooks and especially not in an unsafe place! I will avoid!
