my husband and i moved here a few years ago. We had no idea what we were getting into. Let me just start with our neighbors, if you can call them that. They party all the time outside our doors on the stairwell by our apt. leave beer bottles and trash all over. Minors are drinking and talking about doing sexual favors in exchange for cash to men who i am sure are illegal aliens. people walk their dogs and fail to pick up after them. Let their children run the parking lots, i have almost hit a couple of them. I am talking about little kids 4 years old and younger. The dumpster is always full of furniture some of i cant even believe someone would have it to sit on , duct taped and trashed. I have had a roach problem for months that wont go away because the people around me are pigs. The front of their apts are trashed the inside of their apts are trashed as well. I find roaches as large as a small cat !!! The management team leaves alot to be desired. They have one guy that takes care of all the work order requests. Its a joke. My toilet was broken for 3 days cause the mgr said he was at another property . River city properties is a joke. We are not from kentucky . The people that live in this complex give ky a bad name. The walls a thin and u can hear everything your neighbor does . i use the word neighbor loosely. please do ur self a huge favor dont move in here you will regret the day u sighned the lease.
