I can't stand this apartment! I've only lived here 5 months of my 12 month lease. After checking with management, it will cost me more in fees to break my lease than to pay the remaining 7 months rent.

A great deal of the people that live here are trashy or young people. My next door neighbor was obnoxiously loud all the time, the railroad tracks drive me crazy, and the furnace is loud.

The lease comes with assigned parking spaces, that's great, except for me. My space isn't even on the same street as my apartment! It's quite the hike to my building! With your lease, you also get use of the 24 hour fitness facility. That's alluring too, except the equipment is all broken, and has been the entire time I have lived there.

I am miserable here, I can't wait for my lease to run up. The apartments are very small and very loud.

I can say two good things: I've had to contact maintenence once, and they came when they said they would. Also, they have always been friendly.
