Stonemill Village SUCKS

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Incident #1: Apartment full of termites/ Did little to respond... had to clean and vaccuum for two days straight.

Incident #2: Just lost a CAR from the creek that flooded next to the apartments. Water was over 4 feet high in the car and 25 apartments are ruined!! Some people lost three cars and an apartment full of furniture and there is NO FLOOD INSURANCE on renter's insurance. They knew it flodded and never warned any tenants!
