I lived here for over 2 years and had several problems with other tenets, management was uncooperative and refused to resolve these issues. Resulted to several calls to the St. Matthew?s police department several times per week. Took over four months of complaints of domestic violence, loud noise, and other issues before the management began to address the issues. By then I had already given my notice to vacate.

Don?t rent here unless you like outdated, non-working appliances, absolutely no parking (don?t consider your ?reserved? parking space YOURS ? EVER no one else does) rude and inconsiderate residences and even worse staff.
