I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The noise is outrageous. Right now it is a Sunday morning and a huge truck outside is blowing mulch on the flowerbeds. I have called the police, but apparently there is no law against loud, continuous noise on weekends. The management here is OBSESSED with the grounds. Sure, it looks nice, but they use a lot of pesticide, and the noise they make in maintaining the grounds makes the place unliveable. And of course there are the trains, which Stonemill Village cannot do anything about; but they do contribute to the noise.
