Best value in Louisville

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
The apartments are lovely, the landscaping is meticulous, and the staff are outstanding. Maintancence is always there the day you call with a problem. They fix whatever is wrong, and they fix it right the first time.

You will pay a lot more for an inferior apartment in the East End of Louisville. We have lived here since May, 1999 and have no plans to move.
