Maint is slooow. Yup, floods alot. poor insulation and A/C is LOUD The landscaping is fine in the front of the property but the residents in the rear are poor stepchildren.
They rent to party animals and questionable folks that have late night visitors at irregular times (wink wink) People let their dogs crap where ever and the parking....PFFFFFFT
