Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
We lived here for 1 1/2 years, can here everything going on upstairs (I mean everything) windows leaked, one window was fogged up all the time (broken seal) Stonemill was not going to replace it. furnace is in the front room which can get noisy if trying to watch television. other than that ok place to live.
