My experience with Stonemeill Village was terrible. The noise was outrageous. Noisy neighbors, noisy train, noisy traffic, noisy people in parking lot at all hours, noisy yard work 7 days per week! Don't move in unless you are stone deaf.

They do cut the grass and weedeat almost every day but yet they never pick up all the animal waste around the area.

well since it's the tenants responsibility to pick up after their pets, it's a shame that the management is being blamed. i myself have a dog, and i always pick up after him. yes, it does annoy me that i have to look out for other dog feces, but at the same time i know that's not the managements fault. if you don't what to deal with this, then move to an apartment that doesn't allow pets. and as for the noise, you should've known better then to move to an apartment complex that is by the highway and by a train track. i live further into the complex, and i NEVER hear the highway, and the train isn't that loud at my apartment. any adult with half a brain will know that trains are loud...you should've thought about that before you moved in. as far as the noisy neighbors, shame on you for not having the guts to complain to management about them. that's what the management team, which in my experience has ALWAYS been nice, courteous, and quick with a response, is there for.
