Overall Stone Mill Village is a good place to live if you can stand the noise from the Expressway (not me!). It is very loud and they are always working on the grounds which is also loud. They seem to think more of keeping the grounds in order than the apartments. I think they call that a "front door farmer". The covered parking space is good, but someone was always parking in mine. You had better read the lease really close. They have a 60 day notice move-out clause even when your lease is up. It automatically renews on a month-month and they still require a 60 day notice. That's insane!!! What a rip-off! And when my lease expired the rent jumped up $150 for a month to month!
