Well of course there is noise from the expressway, but it does not bother us. We have lived here since Dec and the noise is not at all that bad. The only thing I don't like is the noise in the living room from the A/C unit. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is great inside, plenty of room. The yards look great but the upkeep stops there. Gutters have plants growing in them and spider webs everywhere. They should invest more in cleaning the buildings as well. Having indoor/outdoor pool is great. The fitness center is a joke. There are 2 treadmill, stationary bike, and small weight machine. Overall staff is very friendly as well as the people who live here. Just a few minor problems, but no place is perfect.
