Nice apts, bad management, prone to flooding

The flooding was more like 3 feet of water in apartments near the railroad tracks. In the car parking lot, it was much worse and some cars were almost completely submerged. The FEMA insurance that the apartment subscribes to DOES NOT include insurance for your cars. If you do not have comprehensive insurance, you are pretty much screwed (from personal experience). The apathy of the apartment management is something that needs to be experienced to be believed. The only thing the apartment manager (Kim) is good at doing is saying "I am sorry"! Please be warned
