Decent Place

Stonemill Village is a pretty decent place to live. Flooding is an issue in the apartments closest to the railroad tracks. If you live on the 2nd floor you will obviously be fine, but if the weather says heavy flooding I suggest moving your vehicle somewhere else for the night. The staff is very nice. I only had one repair and it was taken care of within 24 hours. It is a pretty quiet place. The biggest drawback I would say is the fitness center and pool area are not always in the best shape. Overall the price is pretty good for the East End. The layout of the apartment is nice with a window from the kitchen looking into the living room and a pretty private balcony/patio on all units.
