We have been here for 8 months now and this is the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. There is animal waste all over the grounds, on the playground and the tennis court. The pool and spa is usually out of order and the swingset is broken. The other tenants speed through the parking lot so beware with young children. They do not fix anything, in fact they will make up some crazy reason why it is the tenants fault why things do not work. Example: I was told my dishwasher didn't work because my dishes were too big, craziness. We receive ridiculous notices on our door about firewood on the patio and a storage container on our deck area being an "eyesore".Now that our lease is over and we are on month to month our rent is $849 a month. I do not recommend this place for anyone. We have had our bikes stolen so it is not safe.
