Since moving into this apartment complex, we have had nothing but problems. This apartment is a far cry from the "luxury home" it claims for itself. We have been made verbal promises that never surfaced, have waited over 90 days for a requested repair, and have suffered many repair problems within the short time (4 months) which we have been renting. We are not alone in our complaints. At first we were feeling guilty for complaining so much and thought we were being unduly harsh on the management (as it is a new complex) or being overly negative. This simply wasnt the case. We pay an outrageous amount of rent for very little in return. We have seen SEVERAL couples move out of their apartments, breaking their leases, since we have moved in. Having spent a significant time looking at other apartments in the area, I sincerely regret our decision to sign on at Summit Place. PLEASE, take our advice and look elsewhere! We have nothing to gain by posting a negative comment about these people except to save you the heartache of learning these things for yourself!
