Heed the warnings. Do not move in here. The new management (Wimsatt) is even worse than the old. We live in a construction zone. There is trash left all over the complex. It never gets picked up. The grounds are not well maintained. The apartments are overrun with mice. The outside of the buildings is not maintained. During the winter the place never got plowed. Even when we had a foot of snow.The office staff has no clue about customer service. They are rude. Every newsletter is a list of "you will be fined $$$ if you ___. (insert anything here) I've lived there a couple of years. I always pay my rent on time and don't cause any problems. It seems like I've gotten a note on my door every week about a new FINE they are implementing. They plan to added $50-$200 a month to everyone's rent by FINING them. I've not been hit yet, but my neighbor has 3 times. I've got great neighbors. That's the only good thing to say about this place. I'm guessing the recent post was from someone in management trying to make up for all of the bad posts. Oh, yeah, and if you move out, they will charge you for everything even if the place is spotless. My neighbor moved out after 4 yrs. They charged her for new carpet even though she had it cleaned. The manager said there is no such thing as wear and tear. They are out to squeeze everything they can out of residents.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
