I have read all of the reviews and totally disagree with those that said "no" to living here. Number 1 I personally am soooo happy that 2 of those people have finally moved out! One would let their children out while their big dogs, one which was not even allowed to be here (a rotweiller) would walk them. They could not control them. They NEVER picked up after their pets and yet had the nerve to blame such things on the staff here. Around their apartment it was disgusting due to the dog feces. If they left that outside, wonder how they lived inside. Good ridence to you. I hope you new apartment complex is okay with that behavior. The other person...well she thought everything should be handed to her on a silver platter. So good luck. This place is much better off without either of those 2 people. So you can see that their negative comments were due to management trying to enforce policies to keep the property looking nice. The other people I have met here LOVE their place too. Everyone is so nice, caring and friendly. They always make you feel welcome when you go to the office. I have referred other people to live here and they gave me a referral bonus for doing so. That was great! They have parties or something for all of the residents every month. My friends love it here too. My apartment is great. It is so roomy. I have not had any trouble that was not taken care of immediately. Everything works in my apartment. I believe that this is a great place to live. Someone said they had mice in their apartment. Well....this is a new apartment community and it was previously a field...so where else would the mice have had to go when building started' To say something like that is actually stupid. The problem was taken care of (like you eventually said in your comment after drawing out all of the baddddddd) So many Drama Queens and too little time to listen to them all. Anyway, please don't listen to those bad things..look at the good ones that have been written and then come see for yourself. You will love it here. It is clean, friendly, close to everything and there are great neighbors here too. Hopefully you will move here and we can all get to know each other at one of the great monthly parties. Thanks for letting me have my say and try to let you know the TRUE picture about my home. I LOVE SUMMIT PLACE AND YOU WILL TOO!!!
