Overall Summit Place is a Great apartment community! The location is PRIMO! The staff is very friendly. Maint. is timely & friendly. Summit Place is a newer Community though, so the landscaping is not mature. They really should have planted ALOT more trees and shrubbery. It has a bland feel to the landscaping overall. Hopefully with a little time they will plant more trees to give it more of a wooded like setting that I'm sure would make the community much more pleasing to the eyes! :)
