Summit Place

I lived in the Summit Place apartments for a year and 1 month (signing a 13 month lease was a very bad mistake). The staff is horible I can't stress this enough!!!! Like others I saw a turn around of the staff every couple of months when there was someone I actually liked working there they would quit. The apartments are cheaply put together there was absolutely no sound barrier I could here the people next door and below and vice versa which resulted in numerous complaints made on us, one in particular was us walking up the stairs to our apartment. The manager had the odasity to tell us not to come home after 11pm!! When Im paying 1100 a month I will come home whenever I please! I don't blame the complaints on the other tenants instead on the builders for putting together crappy aparments. Our heating bill ran us 200 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment!! There was absolutely no insulation in the walls, we were on the 3rd floor so we of all people should have had no problem heating it since heat rises! I left the office on several occassions crying over how badly I was being treated by the staff! Don't be fooled by the nice persona they put off when you first move in. It lasts a week then they dont care about you at all. When your paying as much as you do you deserve to be treated with respect and you definitely wont get that here. I promise that when you do move in you'll regret your choice of signing a lease within a couple months. Also, there was one incident where I was working out in the work out room and when I left someone was behind a shrub and watched me walk up to my room and another incident where my blinds were open (my window was level with the stairwell) and someone was looking in my window at 11 at night. They could do more to keep it safe since the gate was never working and it was definitely not something that was going to keep people out. Overall not a good place to live I would suggest Champion Farms a much better choice.
