I have lived at Summit Place since it was built. I have been through several staff members and realize that can be a trying experience especially since we become friendly with some of those in the office by that's life! Things change. Accept it and move on. I cannot believe that some people are complaining about that. They do not even have any idea why those people might have left. Some people made life changes and are happier. Why not be happy for them instead of beating up the existing staff and saying how mean they are just because you have lost someone you thought was your buddy. They were not your buddy, they were just doing their job. The existing staff is professional and friendly. I like the new person, Tanya, she always smiles a lot and tries to help you as much as she can. I haven't dealt too much with the manager Sharon except to pay rent and she seems okay. She is just there to do a job. Sometimes that means being more firm than we may want people to be. That may be perceived as rude by others but so what. I love my apartment. Russell the maintenance man always fixes anything that happens very fast. I do not have to wait long. If I ever have to wait for anything, I usually get a phone call from Tanya or someone letting me know about it. So what we need to realize is that we are renting the apartment and these people are here to help us out. They do the best they can and we should appreciate them for that, not ridicule them. Each person that has complained on this web site has probably done something against the rules and regulations and is upset that they were given a notice. So unless they want to go buy a house, they should just accept the fact that they do have a great place to live and enjoy it. I know I got a great special when I moved in and I know almost everyone else did too. So enjoy yourself. Don't waste anymore time being so bitter. You'll be a better person for it.
