I lived there for 6 months. When I moved out to buy a new home, they billed me over $1100 for repair of a small carpet tear in a doorway that could have been easily repaired and for cleaning of my stove (which I'd gotten on my hands and knees and scrubbed myself). While I was negotiating with them on what they were trying to charge me, they reported me to a collection agency before we even came to a settlement and my credit rating dropped 70 points. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't bother to move here if you want quality staff and an easy to work with management. If you do move here, be prepared to be nickel and dimed for everything. They are vindictive if they can't get you to re-up your lease. Any small wear and tear item will be used as an opportunity to bill you to rehab the entire apartment at about a 70% markup.
