I have lived at the Summit Place Apartments for over a year and a half. This place truly is terrible!! It has been the worst living experience of my life. I have a neighbor above me that we call "brontosaurus" because she stomps like one and so do her two teenage kids. It is a nightmare! The pictures on my walls literally shake when they walk above me. There is no insulation between the walls. It is gross, but I can here my neighbors when they are urinating in the bathroom. Disgusting! Don't even get me started on the management staff either. I new company bought the property this past April and those witches really need a course in customer service. They always have a chip on their shoulder when I walk into the office and they will do nothing but send silly letters to the stomping neighbor above me. I hate living there and am only stuck there for one more month. To top it all off, I have been on a month to month lease while my house is being built, but they informed me that I had to give a two month notice if I was not going to renew my lease. I am month to month for a reason. This was they rope you into a three month lease. It is craP! I HATE IT THERE, PLEASE DON'T EVER LIVE THERE!

Everyone in my office knows that a month to month lease is a 30 day notice to vacate. There is no apartment home that is going to be 100% sound proof. There is no possible way to live that close to someone and not hear them unless built of concrete. Again this is also my home and I very rarley hear my neighbors. There is insulation in between each home. In addition a layer of gypcrete was put in to help prevent noise. I hate for you to think we are all mean because I feel quite sure if you ask your neighbors they are quite fond of us. We love the people that live here. We absolutely enjoy our chats with any and everyone that walks into the clubhouse. I take pride in the fact that we all have very friendly and outgoing personalities. I welcome you to come in and chat with us and find you are mistaken about the warmth and friendliness of our staff.
