The new management took over during the end of the summer to early fall. I am a resident at the university of louisville and have never found anyone so difficult to work with. They are rude, ridiculous, and unprofessional. They act like we should be worshiping them to live here. I have been here for three years and have been the ideal resident. They are simply trying to get ever penny out of the people that live here without any regard to customer service. They believe their product is in the same category as a BMW but they are selling you a ford. They have a jaded perspective and need to realize how to do business. Do not live here if you enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. These people will find reasons to contact you or bother you to death. The previous reviews before august were with different management, and the current management is worse.

I am so sorry you feel this way. I really wish you would contact me about the problems you are having. This is also my home and I find it to be wonderful. I have a beautiful apartment home. Working here at Summit Place is a pleasure and a joy. Just knowing the wonderful neighbors and interacting with them and their families makes my job so rewarding. I think it's funny that Lisa was fired and no longer at the property. The management and staff has change 4 times in the 3 months we have been here.
