I just moved in this past saturday and already have several complaints. The office manager has to be one of the most rude people I have ever met. She is on a major power trip, and I think she should be fired. I think I should have listened to the reviews before signing my lease.

I agree Rose does jack and tries to be "high and mighty."

I have to agree. I had too many problems with Rose. As tenants we pay rent to live here and we need to be respected. When we say something is a becoming a problem and it is written in the lease that tenants shouldn't be doing it, then you need to enforce it. Rules are written to make this a safe place. Rose gets angry with you when you ask her to keep the lease aggreement end up from their end. Rose will not renew your lease if you ask her to fix a problem. Instead of fixing the issue, she just removes the tenants. Feel sorry for her that she can't grow up and do her job.
